On Operations offer effective Military and Martial Arts themed team building and team development events.
Through the use of Leadership and Command tasks, On Operations offer events that will build teams and individual character.
On Operations provide a detailed report, at the end of each event, on each of the individuals that took part.
One or two day courses run from within an operational military camp. We use the latest training techniques for:
- Team Building
- Leadership Training
- Decision Making
- Promotion Selection
- Communication Skills

As an option, why not finish your event with a Tandem Sky Dive from 13000 feet, or target practice on a real military firing range. Both events are run with the assistance of Military personnel on an Operational Military base.
